Hello @Icaruslanded congrats on getting your truck license! ✅ 🏆 What do you plan to do with that? I used to drive a disability vehicle from a residential unit. I take my hat off to anyone can drive anything larger than a van. Too many blind spots! Today has been good. Have been learning how to balance the hermetic elements in my body using something called pore breathing. I plan to reflect on the elements with my journaling. Check out this meditation device - it makes your meditations a lot deeper. Its made out of a Vogel crystal plus some kind of light radiating out through the other crystal on top. It makes you more conducive to the meditative state.

Well, I plan on driving a bus soon and this licence gets me there - give myself a pay raise by around $12 an hour soon. Allows me to do more on casual hours for now since I have other things on the go at the moment. I actually love driving big vehicles and the training was great. Had the worst old bus for the test which was longer than the others I was trained on, but passed the test no probs and perfect theory score too. Also scored me a bargain on reflective long work pants at the op shop, in good nick for $3! Just think, my licence now has Mr MR on it now so I'm thinkin' '...so take, these broken wings, and learn to fly again...'...I'll see myself out😂😂

@Icaruslanded I used to have some theta meditations on CD, epsilon brainwave entrainment is also quite good. Its a relatively new discovery in the scheme of things but its been around for a while. That broken wings song brings back memories for me in high school. So long ago now. Somehow the pop music was better back then but I prefer other music now outside contemporary music.

@Chasingsunsets we will be experiencing a jupiter cazimi astrologically from the 28th-31st July. The luckiest days in over 12 years. Thankyou @SmilingGecko always good to about good news 😊. I’ll have listen! Funny I forgot to tell you- during the times of tech trouble and communication where you said it was around that time- towards the end of the outage stuff here my sisters phone malfunctioned and she was trying to reset it she activated her phones sos alarm, she set it with a group of us on her emergency contacts so it sent us all an alert that she called emergency services. Talk about tech and communication stuff! However this was the opposite worked too well within minutes we had all contacted her in different ways, for once in a very long time a group of us were all on the same page for a minute there. It was rather interesting!

@Icaruslanded Lambda - that was probably the last brainwave entrainment I've listened to. Use to listen to Dr Jeffrey Thompsons stuff, it was quite good over the years. Dont know if I downloaded Lambda off him but it was a beautiful soundscape compared to his earlier offerings. I think it was from him. Ever since my thyroid has been playing up it threw off my meditation routine. I'm doing better with my sleep schedule so might push it forwards to 7-9pm when the pericardium energy is active in the traditional chinese medicine chi cycle. Its the ideal time to meditate

@Chasingsunsets yeah it was certainly written in the stars. I've had all kinds of internet glitches, modem problems and contractual issues\ requiring ironing out during mercury rx If it occurs its usually bound to happen during mercury's retrograde cycle. The Sabians in astrology which are psychic readings for every degree in the zodiac indicated Jupiter fell on Cancer 27 degrees. The psychic readings for these degrees were received by a medium over a century ago and they are now a mainstay of astrology as they are so accurate. Thanks for telling me about Dr Jeffrey Thompson. I did not know of him and will check him out. Brainwave entrainment is such a powerful too. I like the works of Dr. Jill Ammon-Wexler. She has made some very useful material over the years, now retired, I believe.

Meditation is still, sadly, a much misunderstood and under-utilized tool for many, as is the simple power of correct breathing. Yet, it remains one of the most pre-eminent and munificent mediums for those seeking to expand their perception of themselves and the world around them.
