I live alone, since my mum died 2 years ago. I think my mental health is better off without her. Not her fault really, just disabled and only educated to year 8

I have 2 sisters who would come if needed. Not that I've asked before to test that

I received my groceries and threw a chicken snitzel in the air fryer

I hope you are keeping warm, without breaking the bank on heating

Oh yeah I'm keeping warm. Will probably need a bank loan to pay electricity as I'm on DSP

I lived in Melbourne for a while but back in Adelaide now

Just around corner from Coles and liquor shops. So happy about that. Although I still get shopping delivered. Used foot surgery as an excuse but to be honest I am just lazy.

No good @DownMoreThanUp I'm feeling a bit off but will do my Eden Method morning routine. It usually makes me feel better - its a 5 minute easy to incorporate routine but with huge leveraging power! Its been taught all over the world and it works. I feel less crabby and get a leg up to start my day

@Chasingsunsets how are you going today? I'm just resting and not doing much

@Taali I'm about 30 minute walk from a shopping center. I hate going into supermarkets as I dont like the lights and music and trying to get in and out quickly. I pay online for delivery. It works out better for me. My utilities have gone up. Gas and water. I pay via centrepay fortnightly. I have reverse a/c in one room. No other heating in the house apart from an electric throw which I tell everyone about because it keeps you warmer than a heater and the wattage is so low that my bills stay the same with no spike over winter. I once spoke to someone from Red Energy and she told me while she worked from home she used an electric throw around her while working from her desk. Even she was using it and worked from the utilities company! I learned about it from an environmental scientist

I'm 400 meters from the supermarket. But I refuse to steal a trolley and don't drive. So shopping online saves hours

And delivery unlimited saves me hundreds a year on delivery

Morning lovely people! Its a nice cool winter's day here in the land of Queens, not a cloud in the sky, feels good tp be alive.

I got my truck licence yesterday, super happy about that. Gives me options.
