@taali i have a grocery delivery due in about an hour

earlier in the week, i wrote some grumpy old man letters. 2 recipients were the local police station and forensicare vic. Both contacted my psychologist and the police came to my unit

i'm just trying to find meaningful help with violent ideation and some behaviours

the policeman said if i have homicidal thoughts to call 000 woo-woos. Intrusive thoughts like that happen on most days for me. But are just thoughts with no plans

i don't think 000 is the right outlet for when they get more plan-ny (Not now, i'm safe so are the people around me)

i emailed a bunch of places, and hopefully someone has ideas
