Yes you can't really pick up the refiner equipment to take it home @Chasingsunsets. Sounds like we've both just started. I saw an exercise physiologist at his office a couple of times. He assessed me and gave me the program to do at home. I'm supposed to do it at least 4 times a week.
I know people whose kids/grandkids have been overseas to ski in the off-season. It seems you get hooked.
No plans for me this weekend. Feeling wrung out, actually. I'll head out shortly for a walk.

Hehe that’s right @Dimity that would be my work out in itself 🤣🙊. It’s all so new to me and I am not good with instructions 🤣. Probably going to be looking like I’m doing my own routine in the class 🤭😅. I’d find it really hard to do the exercises at home I need people motivation hehe. How do you find it at home?

I don't mind home exercises @Chasingsunsets but enjoyed the gym at one of my old workplaces. These exercises push me to my limit so I'm taking a rest day between sessions instead of doing them every day. Maybe they'll get easier.
My walk is pretty mundane, just local streets. I loved your blue crab and orange bougainvillea today.
My first yellow daffodil was half out today. A reminder to finish my winter pruning.
