Hey everyone,

How was your day. I was just wondering what you are doing to wind down tonight. This will be a regular Wednesday night chat. I hope you will jump in and get involved.

After I have done a couple of hours on SANE I am going to watch some TV to wind down. Today I went for a very long walk so I am tuckered out. I might even go to bed early. I have Tafe tomorrow afternoon. I have to remember to be there by 12 for a mentoring appointment. I get the morning off because my role play is not until next week.

Looking forward to hearing what you have all been doing today and what you will do to wind down.

Hubby just got back to the ward.

Nurse just said he can come home today

Yes I drive.

No I went home after he got called in because it was patients only. So I busied myself doing a little bit of housework. I went through all my Tafe paperwork and chucked a load out. Just kept my observation checklists

Hubby and I had previously planned to go to some food trucks they were having locally last night. Because he was in hospital I decided to go by myself. I then went to visit him. He did not meet the criteria to come home last night so he stayed in hospital till this morning. I decided, instead, to go on an adventure with my best friend. We went for a drive for over an hour up to a country location where there is a National Park with a big lake. We and many other people were there hoping to capture an aurora. We didn't really get anything exciting so that was a bit of a bust. We did have a bit of a picnic while we were there though. Because I had gone straight from the food vans to hospital I totally forgot to take my nightly medications. So I had to have a Happy Meal when I came home because the tablets need to be taken with food. There I was taking my medication at 2am lol. At least I remembered when I got home. I don't think the results would be very good if I missed a day.

I actually got some really interesting cards. There must be about 20 or so. They have the names of different sports on them with a little picture and a fact about that sport. I haven't really sat down with them yet to have a real read of them. I will post a picture later for you.

There are 30 cards and it is a trumps game. There are 8 different decks to collect.

Ohhhh! I remember those! I used to have the animal ones! @Oaktree - not that I'll go out and get them. But I'll keep my eye out. Are they all sport ones only?
