I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

@Captain24 ok, I'm trying to.

Casper is by my side, he keeps putting his paw on me.

I hurt my wrist today when I was making my bed so trying to be gentle with that. I've tried body scans but I lose focus.

Rill your ankles a few times. Then slowly bend both knees in and out. I know it’s not the same as a body scan but it might help unfreeze you

@Captain24 I've managed to make it to sitting on my bed from the kitchen chair. I need to put my pjs on and take Casper out to the toilet.

@Captain24 thankyou sweet, i managed to get things done and now I'm sitting in bed. Not feeling good though 😞. I can't seem to cool down, I'm so warm even though it's cold here (I'm safe).

Im sorry that you’re hot. Would having a quick stroll around outside help cool you? Sorry you’re not feeling great

Pix ate and had her medication. She is very sore around the backend and mains when you pick her up. I’ve let mum know. Ihave had a hot shower and can barely move! But I’m in bed and I have to go to work so I’ll just have to deal with it.

Im really hoping things settle for you tonight. I’ll pop in when I have time. But I will be thinking of you

@Captain24 that's ok sweet.

I took Casper out to the toilet earlier and it was nice and cold outside but as soon as I came back in i was hot again.

I'm glad Pix ate and had her medication, really hoping that she's doing better tomorrow. I'm sorry that you're sore aswell sweet, it's been a big day. I hope that you get a good sleep and feel ok tomorrow for work.
