Hey @Breebree 🌠, welcome to the forums!

We all hope that you find the forums a great place to connect with other members, share stories and ideas, and find the support and connection you deserve.

There are so many mental health apps out there, and it can be hard to know which ones will be most helpful for you. It's always so handy to hear from people's own experiences to help guide which ones you try. I haven't heard of the Liven app before, but I'm sure there are other members who have given it a try and can let you know their thoughts and feedback 😁. From the mental health apps I have tried, I do like Smiling Mind (as they're Australian and evidence-based, two things that appeal to me) and Worrydolls.

While I'm here, I also wanted to let you know that we have a welcome thread where you can introduce yourself to the community, if you haven't already. Check it out here: 🖇 Welcome! Introduce yourself here 🖇

Looking forward seeing you around on the forums! 🐠

Re: Useful mental health apps

Hi @Breebree

I like Smiling Mind too, as well as Calm Harm and White Noise Lite.

There are so many out there it is hard to know which one helps. I think sometimes it is a bit trial and error. Some work for me, others don't.

@Breebree @Snowie

I use the calm harm app too and find it useful but that is a self harm preventing app. I have heard that smiling mind is really good but I haven't used it myself.
