What has been your highlight today, no matter how big or small? Come share đŸ«¶

Hi everyone! This is my first ever forum post so do hope it lands where it’s meant to đŸ€Ł

Most days, I like to find a highlight 😊. Usually, that means during a walk with my dog, I try to spot something different, something cool or something that brings me some happiness. Whether it’s something big or small, it doesn’t matter. A highlight can be anything!

I love taking photos and would really like to share and see what you've come across. Something that made you smile, sparked your interest, or simply caught your eye. For me, it’s all the little things that count on the hard days.


To start, I’d like to share these beautiful birds I came across today. They like to appear like branches of a tree or the tree itself. They are called Tawny Frogmouth’s. Has anyone else seen these types of birds? My pics below -(hopefully not too small to see two in the tree on the left pic).

Hey there @PeppyPatti sending lots of hugs during this time you have a lot going on I am glad all the pics on the forum are helping too. What things do you enjoy seeing re animals/pictures/ flowers/ something else?

lovely seeing you around. Also a little secret I’m also scared of spiders but had to turn my Marco vision on to different things I haven’t seen before lol so it led me to spiders and their webs đŸ™ˆđŸ€­. Who would have thought !! Take care ☀

Good morning @somethingelse This is one of my favourite threads. I like to focus on gratitude for even the smallest thing. Having a shower is a big one for me! Sometimes it's only that. I know it doesn't always work that way! Some days are just shitty. I hope I see you around the traps. Feel free to tag me. I'm on everyday. It's a great way to connect with other like minded people. Hi @Ainjoule nice to meet you too.

My physio/acupuncturist visit went really well. She does mostly acupuncture and Chinese medicine healing

Tells me off frequently for not eating properly 😒 I just don't feel like it. But I make myself eat enough to get by each day
