I tried on a vietnamese bread roll with bacon and egg and a whole hashbrown layered on top.

I'm also starting with a new support coordinator. I feel excited too.

Although not technically potato, I ate a Thai curry puff vegetarian which had lovely mushie vegies and it was crispy and pastry.

What are your thoughts about pastry with potato?
