Have been doing lots of energy work recently. Feeling like I have well and truly let go of a lot of negative energy and have clarified my sense inner peace. I used the audios from Maitreya Fields on you tube. I've found them to be highly effective. Feeling a lot better after dedicating some time each day to my energetic hygiene. Never knew I could feel this good
