Looking for support around narcissistic abuse

Looking for support around narcissistic abuse

Hello, I have been on the receiving end of narcissistic abuse for nearly three years now. My abuser is highly successful and even the police hands are tied.

Any tips on how to manage the gas lighting and possessiveness/obsessive behaviours coming from my abuser?
