Hi I have suffered mental illness for 20 years now from a severe phycotic mental breakdown which I have battled with everything overtime what the unwell mind can do to you ect treatment numerous times it seems it works for some people and not others strong medicactions etc clinical severe depression over time suicidal idealisation so strong it nearly got me but amazes me how the brain can bounce back to being well again I never gave up on one thing and that is hope through the darkness time for anyone in the midst of this what is going on can’t see the forest for the trees you will come through this no matter how dark it is hope I found is a big word remember every cloud has a silver lining try and get some professional help reach pit in and ask for help their are good people out there to help it won’t all ways be a dark place to be .i have bounced back my mind is well now just someone with a lot of experience in what bad mental health can do to you healing does take place
Thanks for sharing @grozza 🌟 Sounds like you've been through a whole lot of intense experiences and been up against some pretty big challenges. And you've survived to see the light on the other side. That must have taken an immense amount of courage and strength (plus the support from the compassionate people around you). So awesome to hear.

That really is amazing. You have been through so much and are still standing. It’s a testament to how strong you are. Thank you for the reminder that it does in fact get better. Sometimes it’s so hard to imagine a different future in the depths of mental illness.
