Re: New to sane

Hi @impact78 welcome to the forums 😊

Thank you for sharing what's been going on for you. It sounds like you've been carrying a lot, and I'm really sorry to hear things have been feeling so difficult

I also noticed you mentioned suicide. Thank you for letting us know, and I just wanted to check in, are you safe at the moment?

I'm glad to hear you're taking things one day at a time. You don't have to go through this alone, and I hope you find this community to be a supportive space. When you feel ready, we'd love to hear a little more about what brought you here and what kind of support you're hoping to find from the community

Re: New to sane

Yes a lot, servives getting new rules so must are exiting me, i have no idea if i have a future i dont think so. I have argorafobia and have left my home in years and with the depession i have mobility issues too. I surbive not live. It gets harder daily and some days i just want to give up. But giving up is easier said than done

Re: New to sane

Hi @impact78, thanks for sharing a bit more with us about what's going on for you. Agoraphobia and PTSD can certainly make it incredibly difficult to cope and find fulfillment, for sure. It also makes it that much harder when you lose some of your supports too. I'm glad that you're reaching out for some connection here on the forums :)

@impact78

I completely agree with @Nala2022 and @Jynx that it's really good to reach out to the community here.

I wonder though do what real life supports you have accessed

Please take care of yourself and make contact if you can.
