Community Guideline Update: One Account per Person

Hey Forums Community,

We wanted to share an update to our Community Guidelines: From now on, each member is asked to hold one Forums account. Running multiple identities on our Forums is not permitted. Here is the link to our Community Guidelines.

This update goes hand in hand with the recent move to Single Sign On (SSO), which helps us keep the community safe by ensuring each account reflects a genuine, unique member. In turn, this supports a Forums space grounded in trust and genuine connection for everyone.

If you have two accounts, we're here to help you through that, please reach out to communitymanagers@sane.org and we'll support you to align with this guideline change. If you're having trouble accessing your account, please get in touch with us via Technical Feedback Form instead of creating a new one.
