Does the constant battle with the head ever stop and the destructive thoughts, it’s all to much at times with the thoughts and then we end up back in emergency after 10 days of being out of here, I was struggling to the point where I need MH intervention again.
I don’t know what the outcome will be but we shall see. I just wanna not feel what I’m feeling with these thoughts.
I am safe. Just waiting.

Hiya @Jynx - I got seen quite quickly & given prn and then I got told to stay abit with MH so they could monitor me and make sure it worked.
then I went to the support worker company hub but I wasn’t really feeling it so we came back to mine. I feel like trash, I’m laying on my bed with my worker, nova is being silly, hitting me with her paws.

@AuntGlow @Nala2022 @MissGremlin @TAB @Cuddlebear @Shaz51 @DogMan79 - at home with nova but still struggling with the thoughts , got Perry and nova close by, laying on my bed with them both snuggling hoping that it just passes.
seeing my support coordinator today who understands my Mh really well so I’m hoping she is able to help.

She gave up eventually lol, I just had chicken and rice fajita from last night's dinner. She wouldn't be allowed to have that anyway due to the online and garlic in it, but I gave her a little treat
