Oh, I'm so sorry to hear you are still having such a hard time and that even your birthday hasn't helped lift that at all today @Cuddlebear . Did you get a call or visit from your daughter today at all? (or planned, in honour of your birthday)

I know it doesn't change how things feel and the reality of how hard life is, but I want to remind you that I think you are a wonderful person and I have been grateful for our friendship and your continued encouragement of me over the time I've known you. We were one of my first Forum Friends who made me feel welcomed and supported here.

I so wish I could celebrate your birthday with you, even just for an hour or two of lifting you out of deep depths of pain. I wish I could help, because you deserve support through this. It's been such a long and difficult year for you. I've been wondering how your physical health has been also as I recall a while ago you had some difficult news on it.
