Worried

Is anyone even checking on the members that you already know where going through a crisis and have since gone quiet? Is anyone actually taking and notice of what is written? I wrote that I was unsafe to a member yesterday and it went unnoticed which was perfectly fine.

My concern is not for myself, what ever happens happens. My extreme concern is for the community members that this is all the support they have

I have submitted feedback but surprise surprise I didn’t get a response.

It’s hard @Captain24 really need the connection. It’s a struggle. My irl support are so up in the air and just not working…. Need the forums. Like really need.

I can understand that @Bow This is really your only source of constant connection. I’m sorry that they are making it so hard for you right now.

Know this isn’t a reflection on everyone at sane working with us constantly supporting us but a system failure. The faces of sane on the forum are doing their best, we are being failed by a system failure not the mods or PSWs 💜☀️🫶. Sitting with you, hearing how difficult it is atm and say this with kindness. oh @Captain24 u are such a strong person, gives the vibe of deep empathy, i am sorry u felt you weren't important, shaz wrote similar, and tbh, its hard because each person internalises why they don't get a response. I have my own reasons why i imagine i am not responded to, as I have only just returned to the forums, and wandered. Thank u @Bow for flagging, i find it very caring, not a "getin trouble" thing, but a - plesae look out for this peer

I have responded to your concerns in another post where I could tag multiple members, because I think you have raised a very important point here, and I want to make sure you're all feeling as supported as possible right now. I completely hear you when you say this is distressing - to experience a change in how you regularly connect is understandably destabilising. Thank you for so openly sharing your experience - I have passed this on to management, and any feedback you officially sent will be addressed (I just can't give a specific timeframe at this stage).
