[edited by moderator] Also doing a few others for rejuvenation and antiaging off Sapien Medicines channel on Odysee. Feeling full of beans. About to cook dinner soon. Havent seen @GezzaP or @TAB but TAB's name is coming up now. Dont know what happened to GezzaP. None of the new notifications come up on my phone but they do on my desktop. The forum page is several days old with no recent posts on phone but desktop is ok @moderator

@StuF yes its been a bit of a challenge trying to navigate the forums. Have you got any footy on tonight or on the weekend? I know you like hanging out with a mate with an occasional drink and sports. Im just cooking dinner @GezzaP threw some mince in a pot with chopped vegies and coconut aminos. Couldnt be bothered lol. Noticed my vitality has made a dramatic improvement with anti-ageing digitised audios. It was one of my goals to age backwards and thats what I'm doing! [edited by moderator] I used to take a relatively new supp for mitochondrial health but it was ridiculously priced. Cant do collagen due to contraindications plus its expensive and glutathione has side effects. So have been doing all these things for free off Odysee and reaping the benefits. Feeling lively and more energised for a change. Are you planning on going for a walk on the weekend?

I dunno what I'm doing for the weekend. My cough/cold is refusing to leave the premises so probably not a lot...got an appointment with GP tomorrow, but will see how I'm feeling if I go or not
