Thank you for sharing that you aren't receiving notifications-I understand this can be frustrating. While I'm not able to investigate or fix this directly from my side you can report any issued via our Technical Feedback Form.

Submitting the form sends your report straight to our tech team, and ensures they have all the information they need to look into what's happening to your emails and notifications.

I understand how disruptive this can be, and we really appreciate your patience during these changes.

I'm now receiving email notifications when they should be turned off

How do I turn them off?

This is very frustrating. I’m having a lot of technical issues too. I feel so overwhelmed by them. I want my community back.

I've reported it to the technical team wonderingalice1 This is so ridiculous!!! I'm so stressed out! I feel sorry for so many of us that use this site every day for mental health support! Take us back to what we had!! 😩

Hey @heartathome @Cuddlebear I hear how frustrating and isolating it can feel to be in a limbo state right now. I do want to you assure you that all of this feedback is being shared with our IT team who are actively working on fixes and will hopefuly have some more updates on this soon. In the meantime, I hope you're able to show yourself some extra care right now, whether that's having a warm cuppa, putting on your favourite song, having a stretch or a walk... anything that might feel soothing

They are definitely are aware of all of the glitches and I know would be working hard to get them rectified 🤞. I am thinking of you all and looking forward to connecting as usual soon ☀️💜

Hello @heartathome sweet, thinking of you and sending lots of love and hugs ❤️. I'm not getting any email notifications either other than 2 last night but then that was it. I can't tag so many people on here and it takes forever for one to even show up if it does work. I'm not liking the new upgrade, it feels more of a downgrade at the moment.
