Re: Anxiety

Hi @Traboo,

I’m really glad you reached out. That sounds like such an uncomfortable place to be, having your anxiety spike even when things are going well.

What you’re describing actually happens more often than people realise. Sometimes when things start to feel stable or supportive, our mind can push back with thoughts like “I don’t deserve this” or expect something to go wrong. It doesn’t mean it’s true, just that your system might still be adjusting.

You do deserve support, and it’s okay to receive it. You don’t have to earn it by struggling.

Is there anything that usually helps ease your anxiety a little, even just slightly?

We’re here for you

Re: Anxiety

Hi @Traboo

I totally get what you are saying. Sometimes it’s like I don’t trust that I’m doing ok. And anxiety is such a strange beast - so unpredictable. You think you’ve got it handled and you understand what triggers you, and it decides to mix

things up a bit. Or your body subconsciously is so used to feeling anxious that when the anxiety eases your body is like “what’s going on? I don’t usually feel like this… something must be wrong”

i hope you are feeling calmer this evening. I find getting into nature or going for a walk always helps me feel more grounded whatever is

going on.

and remember - you totally do deserve things to be ok.

Re: Anxiety

Sometimes anxious feelings come up when we're not in the present moment. We might be thinking of things we need to do, or haven't done (overwhelm / decision making / overthinking you're not doing enough).

Things like breathwork, bodywork, gardening, a sport you may enjoy.... things that work for you ~ can get you back in your body and aware of whats real Xxxx

You've got this...
