For me it is. Pills I used to skip over 1 third of the time. For various reasons. The long acting injection has me more stable

@Schizopetey hey Schizopetey i would say it depends. if you can remember or be sure to take your meds then taking your meds yourself in a webster pack or whatever would be better but if you forget or think you no longer need them then depot.
the trick is to take your meds.

Afternoon @Bunniekins . Sorry I missed you this morning. Yes I agree take your meds @Schizopetey . I take mine every single day even when I feel like I can’t be bothered. It has become a ritual for me. Oh well have a good rest of the day you two. Off to organise lunch and then do dishes.
