Greetings everyone ~ I'm 6weeks into zero coffee. Instead I have been enjoying herbal tea, cacao or lemon water ♡ has made a huge difference to my body....

Most flavoursome ones. I was even drinking teas make from herbs in the garden on a recent South American trip. I'm not fussy ♡

@Shaz51 @Oaktree ♡ yes, quite a chill week adjusting to being back in Australia into normal life. Lots of beach, creek and nature time. Breathing deeply and listening to relaxing tunes 🎶 I'm off to Sydney this weekend for work. 2 nights away....
