Hi guys,

Who wants to join me for a casual virtual cuppa and a chat? What has your highlight been today? For me it was my lunch. I went out to a Chinese restaurant today to celebrate a friend's birthday. I had honey chicken with chips (because I don't like rice). I hope to chat to you soon.

I had a really yummy iced latte at the cafe near my house today. About to make dinner - thinking veggies and chicken with chilli oil and parmesan. 😋

Highlight today was making myself get out and go for a walk when I was feeling very low energy - these little things always count.

How was your friend's birthday? I am sure it was lovely to go out and celebrate with them. 🥳

Thanks for popping in to say hi. My friend's birthday was great. Must have been about 20 people there. I didn't actually count. She got lots of gifts and was very spoilt. A walk sounds lovely. It's hard to get motivated when you feel low energy isn't it? I need to get walking, but it has been extremely wet here lately.

glad to hear that the birthday went well! @Oaktree i feel you about the motivation as well, wet weather puts me off. today was sooooo windy on my end, i didn't want to walk with my hair flying in 5 different directions every 2 mins! hopefully we'll both feel more motivated once the suns up

Had the worst psychiatry appointment.

I have a stand in Dr and it was our first meeting.

She reduced me to a blubbering mess.
