I am off to the RSL now, they are having their AGM tonight. I haven't been for a few months because of some tension between the treasurer and the rest of the group. Be interesting to see what happens.

Hi Oaktree,
Unfortunately with many community groups tension and infighting is common in these organization's. I I have been a member of several sub-branches and held wellbeing and management positions.
Often those in power have no concept of good management or leadership and their agenda is about themselves not the members or veteran wellbeing.
