I’m sorry you feel like you’re crashing. But stopping and laying on the lounge is a good thing. You have changed what you are doing and doing something gentle. Also you recognised that it’s because you’re tired! Please give yourself credit for that. It’s actually a really huge thing. Doesn’t feel like it but it is.

I've just crashed really hard here so much so that I've reached out to a crisis service. I don't even know what happened, it hit so suddenly 😞. I'm safe, laying with Casper just taking things moment by moment.

What feels right? @MissGremlin Trying to get some sleep while you are so tired or doing diamond art in the state you are in? Would it be a distraction or feel like something you have to do?

@Captain24 I think i really need to try to sleep, maybe then I'll be ok after (I'm safe). I've been pushing myself a bit too hard lately with getting things done and it's really catching up with me.

Since you are home alone what about a hot shower. You won’t have to wash yourself just stand in it and feel the water running down your body! It may also help with sleep.

Feeling a little dysregulated at the moment. I’m really tired but can’t go to bed yet I need to wait to feed the dogs. I’ve been listening to music all day. I’ve been diamond arting all day. I’ve had a good day though. It’s been great. Having extra sleep and the connection on here. Now I’m at a loss for the next 45 minutes. I don’t feel like watching anything on TV as it goes longer than that. What do I do?

I only managed to doze off for an hour and I've woken up in a panic with my head pounding, it's even worse cos a neighbour is blasting their music. I'm safe, laying on my lounge with Casper.
