I am sorry you are suffering SI (suicidal ideation). It's good you've joined the forums here, where you can chat to people and feel less alone hopefully.
I'm wondering if you have any professional support for your depression? E.g. a trusted GP, counselor or psychologist /psychiatrist?
A handy forum tip for connecting with people is if you type @ and click on a name in the drop-down box, that person will get a notification and won't miss your reply. 🙂
( @Former-Member , I wonder if we could move this to another section of the board, for people to find it more easily, if you agree that is?)
